The mixed use proposal will encompass different program and uses. The scheme will be constituted in phase one + phase two of 3 different buildings (two offices and one Hotel) on a 3 level podium accommodating parking and retail. The parking areas above ground will be directly connected to the buildings cores giving access to the Office and Hotel Lobbies.

This initial proposal is meant to interpret on its facade and language, the dynamic movement across the site, its lines providing a sense of dynamism, momentum and ever changing facade appearance when approached by car of walking along it. The fluid Facade lines will be perceived by the car passing along the main highway as part of the urban landscape for the area.
