The building is planned to be a mixed-use development comprising of a 5-star hotel, a 4-star hotel, serviced apartments and offices with associated leisure, F&B and retail facilities. The project is positioned as a benchmark for innovative hospitality offerings in Muscat. The proposed design offers two-building aspects, distinguished by program and accesses, and creates an inviting and welcoming space for the visitors. The two curved shapes dynamically create a spatial interplay and offer an ever changing visual perception from every angle. The layered building facade maximizes the use of cantilevering louvers for shade and sun protection. The design uses materials that make reference to the whitewashed housing in the Muscat area, while reinterpreting the spaces in a contemporary and dynamic language.
