The project will accommodate commercial, industrial, warehousing, storage, residential workforce accommodation, community facilities and will include a free zone of approximately 84 square kilometres along with a non free zone areas. The mixed use proposal will encompass different program and uses. The scheme will be constituted of 3 different buildings (two offices and one Hotel) on a 3 level podium accommodating parking and retail. The offices will be distributed along 10 floors (1200 sqm each) and will be located above a 3 level podium: The podium ground floor will be occupied by Retails (Showrooms) while the 2 levels above will be destined to Parking. The tower facade will be connected to the ground floor giving access to the entrance lobby. The Hotel Layout will be designed to maximize the Room distribution and views.The 200 rooms (50 sqm circa) benefit from large balconies overlooking the Plaza and the landscape. The podium roof and terrace will be occupied by services and restaurant facilities connected to the building.
